He says sticks to his diet, it’s kinda hard but he it’s a matter of discipline.
He reveals he does eat carbo, but only during breakfast. No carbo for lunch and dinner.
His fave workout is the burpees workout which does not require any equipment, a few minutes of it and you’ll be burning calories already.
He also does triceps push up for the upper body.
